That's a good question and one I should have addressed before.
Contrary to what most people believe I actually feel the Theory Course is essential. However, we do use the Circuits Course to practice what is taught on the Theory Course so if you can only do one chose a Circuits Course.
Hope that helps.
Did you pass then?
I'm off to check the pass list. I am in Chicago at present so a bit outr of sync as regards time of the day - just got up _________________ "Teale Fenning Medical Education" delivering evidence-based, exam-orientated learning since 1997 |

Yes, passed, phew! Wasnt free for the essay course but am keen to do one of your OSCE courses. I have registered online for the theory course so I will just send my money in and see if there are places... How long does confirmation of places take to come through?

Hi Richard
Well done - many congratulations.
I almost want to offer a 100% guarantee that if you attend both the Theory and Circuits you will pass! I was tempted last year but decided against it.
The take home message is that we can get almost anyone through the OSCE. There are a few tricks that you need to know as there are a couple of stumbling blocks but we address these in the Theory.
Booking is automatic. You should receive confirmation immediately. This is displayed as you book plus you also get sent an automated e-mail confirmation. We chose to acknowledge the booking on line as several e-mail accounts do not like attachements or mail with links to websites.
There are unlimited spaces for the Theory as we can move into the main lecture theatre if we have to. The Circuits are strictly limited however but we have gthe ability to add an extra group on either of the two courses if we need to this year so I would be disappointed if we cannot accommodate all of you.
I look forward to seeing you in a couple of weeks.
