Hi Guys
Congrats to every body who passed this time.
Good luck with OSCE
I failed and today was the most disappointing day of my life, as I received my result I came to know that I failed by one mark only and that was in the first question i.e PreEclampsia. I think I don't deserve to work in Obs & Gynae any more. If I cant manage some body with Preeclampsia I should quit my job really. |

Dont be too hard on yourself. Dont use this exam as a measure of your self esteem or your ability to do your job effectively. I am really speaking to myself as much as I am speaking to you because I didnt make it either.I dont know what I am doing wrong and I am waiting for transcripts to see how I screwed up.
Its important not to give up. |

hey,
you haven't failed, you just have not succeded yet.
if you look around you there are people who are unit heads and professors who have taken the exam a number of times. i took more than 1 attempt myself and it may not feel like that now, but this is not the end of the world and from when has the result of one exam taken over all the good work people put in in their jobs. failing an exam does not make one a bad doctor.
all i'll say for now is don't give up, take a break for a week of so and go back to your books with an vengence.
