FALSE, ilioinguinal nerve provides sensory innervation to skin of groin, inner thigh, labium majus. Pts typically have burning pain or altered sensation in this area.
Other's r obturator & femoral nerve, can cause groin pain & in region of gluteus muscle& thigh. |

| I agree! Ilioinguinal is a sensory nerve. Injury of the obturator n will result in adduction weakness |
