Can you ask the women in UK directly like" Do you smoke? How much?"

Do you drink or take alcohol? How much?

Do you have bleeding after your sexual intercourse?

Do you have painful intercourse?

Deep dyspareunia??? How exactly to ask?

I would ask: "How much alcohol do you usually drink?" If they don't drink at all (which isn't that common), they will answer "none".

That sounds weird. Ask: Have you noticed any bleeding when you have intercourse? If talking to a teenager/young woman, I tend to use the word sex rather than intercourse.

"Does it hurt when you have intercourse/sex?" If the answer is yes: "Is it a pain deep inside your abdomen/pelvis/tummy?"

I think it is perfectly OK to ask a woman if she bleeds after sex especially if eliciting information about postcoital bleed.

Do you bleed after sex? ("sexual intercourse" instead of "sex" is also fine)
Have you noticed any bleeding when you have intercourse? is also OK
