| True i think. Filschie or other clips produce less scar tissue and are easier reversed than methods which use diathermy distruction of tubes |

Agreed, also the lenght of tube that will be gained after reversal is important issue.  |

Absolutely ... Filshie clips are good news, Fallope rings and diathermy are non-starters!
I think we think all steris are Filshie clips in the UK but this is not true worldwide. In fact the 1 in 200 failure rate reflects all types of steri and may be much les with the Filshie clip.
