You are asked to see a 33-year woman who is 30 weeks gestation by the midwife as the symphysio-fundal height measures 24cm.

How would you assess the patient?
(7 marks)

What investigations would request? (6 marks)

How would you manage the pregnancy if the fetus is shown to be growth restricted? (7 marks)

Please note - this question is locked at present so you can all think about it. It will be unlocked later this week when the guys from the Essay Practice Course will provide their answers.
