A 68 year old woman had hysterectomy 20 years ago and presents with something coming down. examination confirms grade IV vault prolapse.
A. what additional symptoms would you look for in assessing and managing her? (5 marks)
B. critically appraise abdominal (8 marks) and vaginal (7 marks) surgical options for grade IV prolapse?
