OK will try n write as much as my brain cells would allow-would request others to input as well Embarassed

1.Role play- ur consultant has done a lft salpingectomy on a pt yesterday for an ectopic pregnancy. Explain the procedure to the patient ,inform the future implications & answer her questions.
( all u get is a small op notes say a left salpingectomy has been done rest is NAD )

pt tells u that she has been trying for pregnancy for last 2 yrs-n why was tube removed n not any thing else.

2. Role play - GP referral for UI,take history,inform her of investigation n treatment options
in this station I had SI

3. Role play - teach ST1 ventouse delivery
u have been given pelvis n kiwi cup

4. prep station
u r a ST4 or something new in the hosp in rotation.The prev reg had started an audit on UI go thru the info & 3 slides and comment on audit cycle,slide quality n reccomendation.
this was a tough one as had info on 8 consultant n what type of procedure they do for SI,slides had improper n incomplete info,no info was given regarding outcome of the operation.

5, discuss the prev finding with the examiner

6.role play - about ???????????

7. laparoscopic diathermy has been done on an ? actress/ model who has sufferd burn injury on her thigh n buttocks.discuss with the examiner principles of diathermy,why it has happened ,what can be done to prevent it.

8. role play -u r about to see a post op case who had hysterectomy for prolapse h/p suggest Cx cancer -break BN,explain he findings tell her about further management,etc

9.10 sets of gp letters,investions to review n say what to do ,urgency etc

10. totally forgot what this was about - getting old n dementic I guess!!!

11.prep station-notes review

12. clinical gov discussion about the note review

thats all I can remember now,will write down later if my memory allows me to...
