May I insert these MCQs, I will tell you later from where I got them:
** nomegestrol and nestorone are the two with the greatest progestational activity.
** cyproterone acetate is the most anti-androgenic.
** drospirenone is the only synthetic progestogen with anti-mineralocorticoid activity.
** generations of different progestogens are classified according to their chemical composition.
** drospirenone has approximately a quarter of the anti-androgenic potency of cyproterone acetate.
** etonogestrel is metabolised to 3-keto-desogestrel.
** there is robust evidence to support their use in the treatment of premenstrual syndrome. |

** nomegestrol and nestorone are the two with the greatest progestational activity. FALSE
** cyproterone acetate is the most anti-androgenic. TRUE
** drospirenone is the only synthetic progestogen with anti-mineralocorticoid activity. THINK SO
** generations of different progestogens are classified according to their chemical composition. SOUNDS TRUE
** drospirenone has approximately a quarter of the anti-androgenic potency of cyproterone acetate. DONT THINK SO
** etonogestrel is metabolised to 3-keto-desogestrel. TRUE
** there is robust evidence to support their use in the treatment of premenstrual syndrome. | FALSE |

Got it. From TOG last volume & i know i went wrong at various places.Wolverine is correct.
Drosperinone is not the only mineralocorticoid. Gestodene, Trimegestone & natural progerterone. It is one third anti androgenic as compared to CPA. Classified on biochemical basis, Can we go for true for chemical?? |

No
Biochemical as I think they mean their progestogenic and androgenic effects... that's how they are classified.... |
