Just a short note to keep you up to date with things.

We get a huge amount of SPAM mail, as I am sure you all do, through the Forum and through our tealefenning.co.uk e-mail addresses (info@ and admin@). This is to be expected and is a longstanding problem for anyone who has their own website.

We have to block 100's of senders and in most cases it is easier to block the whole domain e.g. *@spam.com.

We have had big problems with @gmail.com and @yahoo.com but have now allowed both of these domains.

Inevitably we will block genuine users and Teale Fenning delegates.

If you are not getting replies to your mail or automated mesages when you book on line you can do several things.

Firstly, make sure @tealefenning.co.uk is recognised as a safe sender.

Secondly, you can always mail me here by sending me a personal mail. If you are not getting mail make sure you send me your e-mail address and I can add you to the system.

If you have been banned by mistake please contact the office through the main website by phone or e-mail and I can reinstate you.

Just a short note to say I have recently banned several users who were not active and who did not reply to personal mail requesting a response.

As I have said above please contact me through the main website if you have been deleted by accident Smile

The spam posters are very annoying but I presume, from the content of their posts, most of them are still at school Razz
