don't you want some history first???
what happened with pr 2 preg and details about the lscs?
what's this preg been like, baby's growth?
reasons for wanting VBAC?

the march 08 patient info draft document by the college says vbac may be offered if 2 previous uncomplicated lscs. if previous 2 c/s chance of successfull vbac is 70-75%. it only says success rate is less but not that complications are higher. BUT... this is still in draft though.
u need to discuss all of the following, benefit and complications of vbac and benefits and complications of rpt lscs. Nick has a formula for this, that he teaches on the osce course.
go on give this a try again.
