it increases the risk of myocardia infarction (similar to what is seen in menopausal women?)
is it associated with increased ovarian malignancies |

Though the other way around would be true, ovarian malignancies are associated with an increased risk of developing premature menopause (due to surgery, radio- or chemotherapy)
changes in serum compatible with premature menopause is
an increase in cholesterol levels T
increase in calcium levels T (not sure!)
increase in prolactin concenteration levels |
