| 28 years old lady comes for pre conception counselling , she has haemophilia what will be the instructions you will give her during pregnancy and her mangment during labour and perpurium ? |

Log on to the RCOG site (if you are a paid member) and downloand the marking scheme. The 'MRCOG aids' option comes up once you log in under the examination section.
The ansswer only partly relates to yor question as the woman from 1997 was a carrier only.

as i told you my friends the question is based on a real case...a 28 years old pregnant lady comes to the casuality in labour and she has haemophilia she is not a carier she is an affected case,.this could be rare but it can happened, this patient is in very high risk of post partum haemorrhage....plz can we discuss the mangment ...i think we need help of our firends from the haematology department  |
