Check out The Daily Telegraph today!
"Despair of junior doctors left with no job" is the headline on the front page. There's a well written article including the whole of page 4!

A lot of people are seriously looking at possible unemployment in august. Thankfully I have managed to get some interviews unlike many of quality juniors. But still this whole system has been rushed in and appears to be...basically... rubbish!

There's going to be a march in london if you didn't know - check out:

Couldn't agree with you more ... it is a terrible state of events. Evil or Very Mad

Our thoughts are with all of you.

Thanks Nick.

If anyone can not get hold of a copy (those revising!) it's all online with hundreds of comments from juniors sent in here:

I hear some people are offering to fill in the MAST forms for £200.

Any views on this?

We are planning on running an interview skills workshop but I am a little concerned that we may be treading on dangerous ground.

I think it's absolutely shocking - docs being chosen on a creative writing exercise! Shocked

Interview courses have been around for a while. I think that should be fine. Often if you approach a consultant they're happy to go thru a mock interview.
