| Both but ATN is more common than ACT as the tissue is more sensitive due to its blood supply I believe. |

i wrote false for acn as i thought that it is atn which is a known complication. i'm not sure if the q had a word such as 'common' or a similar word

Unfortunaely, I wrote false too and obviously it is True.
No such wording of common or not, they only mention : Preeclampsia can cause : ACN  |
