hi,

following on cpeed's intarnal iliac brances. i have a question....

some one i know, always moans about making the decending cervical bleed whilst doing an abdominal hysterectomy. can anyone tell me why this would happen to them every time they operate.

i have tried to visualise this in my mind in the 3D Rolling Eyes Mad Evil or Very Mad , and as yet have not been able to see how they apply the clamp to miss clamping it every time, or how they may be cutting the pedicle to nick it every time?

any opinions?
