can some body tell me that if there is osce station for anterior repair then do we hve to mention thromboprophylaxis as i beleive that this type of surgery does not last longer then 30 mnts .i mean if no oter risk factors are present
please answe me soon so that i can strt osce for same station in the forum |

I do not think anterior repair itself is a risk as it is not really 'pelvic surgery' and is a fairly quick procedure as you say with minimal post-op pain so patients can mobilise.
If the women was overweight or had poor mobility this would be a different issue and a different question! |
