could anyone tell me this one
the following investigations are indicated in a 17yr old with recurrent heavy menstrual loss: serum prolactin levels?
others are USG n TFT n clotting screen.. which one can understand are true.. |

S. prolactin....I think of no value
TFT...only if there is symptoms
Coagulation screening ...acceptable especially if she has HMB since menarche
