Thanks to Appukutty Sasikala (aka Sasiselvam) for finding this site.

It has several good links for patients that explain the disease and treatments in layterms (i.e. non-medical jargon) - just what you need for the role play part of the OSCE.

Best Treatments

It is not all encompassing but at least there are a few key conditions and it gives you an idea of what to say and how to say it.

Here is another good site but for describing various medical conditions.

BBC Health

You can search by a variety of methods including a simple A to Z option or, my recommendation, by subject including sexual transmitted disease, pregnancy & childbirth, cancer, urinary problems and so on.
