We have had such a huge demand for our OSCE Courses that we have decided to run a third Circuits Course on Monday / Tuesday the 6th & 7th November after the weekend course.

It may be that we have to accommodate some of the late bookers on this anyway but if you have booked for Circuits I or II and this suits you better then please let us know and we can move you accordingly.

We are still trying to negotiate space at the College for this 3rd course.

We have the Monday booked but the Tuesday needs some work so this is only provisional at present.

If we can only have the Monday I may do our new "Gold Standard OSCE Course" which is not planned until next year. This course will feature Jullien and myself demonstrating how to get top marks in the OSCE by showing you how to role play, break bad news, deal with difficult scenarios and patients, present case note reviews and patient information leaflets, and lastly, but most importantly, how to handle the examiners in the structured viva stations.

Let me know if you would be keen for us to run this for this Exam.

OK sorted Smile

We now officially have 3 rooms at the RCOG on Monday & Tuesday the 6th and 7th November so Circuits III is going ahead. We already have 9 booked but may need to accommodate some of the late bookers from Circuits I and II both of which are full.

We have 10 places left to fill if you are interested.

There are a couple on the Saturday and Sunday as well - 4 I think.

Just a quick note to say we have 4 spaces left for Monday Tuesday

We have done 1.5 OSCE Courses this far and we are all really enjoying them Smile

The fact we are running back to back courses is quite inspiring as we are learning more and more every day and making the course better as a result.

OK guys ... we ended up with another full course Shocked

If you missed out (and there were several of you who did) do not despair. Speak to your friends who did one of our OSCE Courses (Circuit or Theory) and spend the last week practising the basics.

I'll close this now and I hope all of you who came to this course (and any of our Circuits Courses) enjoyed yourselves and more importantly found the Course useful.

We will know just how useful it was next week and wish you all the best for the real OSCE. Remember, we have taught you all the tricks and basic skills needed - go and enjoy yourselves Smile
