Another easy one I am sure 99% of you will know but just in case ...
If you have something on your PC screen you want to catch to use in a presentation or as an image you can do this by hitting "Prt Scr" which surprisingly stands for 'print screen'.
This copies the exact image seen on screen which you can then edit in photoshop or powerpoint as you wish. Just paste it into whichever format you so desire.

It's good - I use it all the time.
It works really well if you need to show how to do something on line or with a PC as you can take a series of images and compile them into a presentation with text explanations. |
