Can we consider the use of hypotensive agent as one of the causes of delayed recovery from GA??..........

hypotensive agents will have an indirect effect in prolonging the recovery from a GA. there is no evidence of a direct effect.
hypotension reduced circulation increased elimination time for anaesthetic agent in the blood stays in system for longer therefore acts longer = delayed recovery.
