| If the colposcopy was satisfactory, cytological follow up will be required after 6 months , if persistant moderate dyskaryosis or sever one , this will require either colposcopically directed biopsy or excisional treatment because of high risk of CIN 2 & 3. |

| 74% of patietnt with moderate dyskarysis is found to have CIN 2 & 3. |

| Persistent moderate dyskaryosis is indication of excisional treatment even if the colposcopy is normal. |
