prolonged postpartum anovulation is associated with endometrial hyperplasia
essential hypertension is associated with endometrial hyperplasia
presence of endometrial polyp is contraindication for use of Mirena IUS

Essential hypertension is not associated with endometrial hyperplasia.
risk factors for endometrial hyperplasia in premenopausal women are,
body wt.>90 kgs, age>45yrs,infertility, nulliparity, family H/o colonic ca, PCOS and unoppsed exogenous/endogenous oestrogens.
