| I recently attended the EMQ course and would like to say thanks to Nick for his excellent effort to prepare high quality questions and maintain interest of all the participants through out the course. It has really given me confidence to attempt such qs in exams and would like to strongly recommend it to all the candidates appearing in MRCOG part 2 in susequent exams. |

Thanks for the kind words and support Humera
Glad you enjoyed the course. I was quite anxious as it was the first time I had done EMQs but it seemed to go well.
Have you seen the recent TOG article? It has a review on EMQs with two examples.
One is about pain and is easy.
The other is about CF and inheritances and is extremely difficult to say the least - I got one correct!!
I expect and hope they will be more like the second question (that's the easy one by the way ). _________________ "Teale Fenning Medical Education" delivering evidence-based, exam-orientated learning since 1997 |
