Do you mean Current Obs & Gynae or ALL current journals?

I suggest you know the Guidelines (NICE, RCOG, other such as BSCCP, cancer related ones) and the Confidential Enquiries inside out and back to front.

Once you have done this you can look at other things including:

The Obstetrician & Gynaecologist
Current O&G
Progress in O&G
Recent Advances in O&G
The Yearbook

and possibly ...

Shaw, Soutter, Stanton (SSS)
Dewhurst
Turnbull's Obstetrics
Luesley & Baker
High Risk Pregnancy
