That's an easy one - they all are!
The government evens pays us (well not me as I am a consultant but certainly the juniors) to insert an IUCD and to sterilise women  |

You get around £140 for a steri (probably more now) and £50-70 for an IUCD.
Certain hospitals do not pay you, or the consultants as in our case, but the Trust will be paid for each and every family planning activity I believe. The BMA would know but ask the Trust in the first instance. It may be different in Bristol but I doubt it as this is a National tariff as far as I am aware.
