the answers are FFFT
reduction in boe mineral density and bone resorption as well as osteoporotic fractures have been reported with porlonged use of depo provera
reduction in bone mineral density occurs mainly in first 2-3 yrs then stabilises
so the recommendations are
for adolescents dmpa should be used only when other options not suitable or declined after patient counselling
precautions should be taken in patients with additional risk factors for osteoporosis

yes
it is associated with delayed return of fertility
6mths to 2 yrs so u need to counsel young patients about this |
