How you will manage the situation ? [color] [color=black]- Explain to the mother that inspite that fertility declive after the age of 40s, still she can get pregnancy and she need and effective method and if pregnancy occur , she will be predisposed to increase risk of complications like hypertension, gestational diabetes,fetal loss and fetal chromosomal abnormality . - we tell her also that if she has no other risk factor , any type of contraception can be prescribed and there is no age limitation. COC is also associated with decrease risk of ovarian and endometrial cancer, benign breast disease and colorectal cancer. In addition , it can increase bone mineral density and protect against osteoparosis.
