I have a potential OSCE/ Essay question, which is as below

32 year old with h/o evacuation of retained products of conception (ERPOC) 10 days ago.

Patient was discharged home same day after an uncomplicated ERPOC for incomplete miscarriage at 8/40.

1.What further information do you like from the patient?

2.What one important investigation results you would look for?

3.What two important investigations you would organise?

4.Assuming that she still has retained products of conception and is continuing with moderate to heavy bleeding how will you mange the RPOCS (scan measurement of 25 mm)

5. This is her 5th consecutive miscarriage all less than 10 weeks gestational age, how will you manage her pregnancies in future?
