The opposite is true - recognised usually makes the answer TRUE. It is not as powerful as the words 'may' or 'never' (which are always true and false respectively) but recognised simply means 'has been reported'.

I cannot remember the question(s) but you are right EMAK in that there are usually no early changes but there are in the case of a major PE. We discuss this at length on the MCQ Past Paper Course.

Let me get the book out and see what the question says and then look at my Past Paper lectures and see what I have said. I think EMAK has got the right message in that the 'recognised' and 'major' make this TRUE.

I need to check though so hold on Wink
