Dear all
I have come across this OSCE scenario, what would you do?
Would you do a caesarean or conduct a vaginal breech delivery?as patient is actively contracting. |

It depends - there is no correct answer!
This is actually a good question and you have fallen into the trap of thinking there is a set 'College answer'.
What you need to do is to take a history, examine her, investigate (maternal obs, CTG etc), and then counsel her of the risks with either method.
A breech at full dilatation may not progress anyway and you will have no option but to deliver abdominally.
