Important changes to our OSCE booking policy
there is no charge if you book but are unsuccessful - you will be refunded in full
We always get asked about our policy for booking the OSCE Courses.
In general, all of our other courses have unlimited access as we have the ability to expand into different lecture theatres. The OSCE Circuits Course is different as we have small groups and dedicated actresses. We have to be very precise with numbers therefore which is easier said than done!
We have delegates requesting places months ahead of the Exam and others that ask for the place a day or two before the actual Course. Many candidates call on the day of their results only to be disappointed that there are no available spaces. We filled both Circuits Courses by 10.40 last time!!
We have experimented over the last couple of years with a few different ways of administering this and have agreed on the following:
1. You can book the Courses prior to your result & reserve your space
2. To guarantee your place send a cheque for the full amount made payable to Teale Fenning Medical Education
3. If you are successful you do not need to do anything - your place is guaranteed
Please note - make sure you write your candidate number on the reverse of the cheque so that we can identify you
4. If you are not successful you will refunded in full
I hope this clarifies the booking arrangement for these courses.
