You are called to labour ward by the senior SHO who is performing an emergency caesarean section for fetal distress. He / she thinks that the bladder has been injured during the procedure.

How would you proceed in the first instance?
(4 marks)

How would manage the patient intraoperatively? (9 marks)

How would you manage the patient post-operatively? (7 marks)

Please note - this question is locked at present so you can all think about it.

It will be unlocked later this week when the guys from the Essay Practice Course will provide their answers.
