Chose the vessel most likely to be injured in the following scenarios:
A Superficial circumflex iliac
B Deep circumflex iliac
C External iliac
D Internal iliac
E Ovarian
F Obturator
G Superior vesical
H Inferior gluteal
I Inferior epigastric
J Internal pudendal
Question 1:
A patient has a laparoscopic salpingectomy for a ruptured ectopic. The consultant was confident of the haemostasis. In the recovery she became hypovolaemic and tachycardic , returned to theatre and had a laparotomy.
Question 1:
An uncomplicated retropubic TVT was performed. (?24 hours) later reports bleeding was noted.
They might be a bit vague as I cannot remember exact words. |

you need to answer the arteries that were most likely to be the cause for bleed for the given scenario.
