Make sure you have been through the Past Paper book thoroughly and that you explore the topics / areas that come up repeatedly.
A good way to do this is to simply look in the index and see which topics have the most listings. Use this to guide your reading.
Keep practising and repeat the mock exams / books that you have as you will not get them all right despite having done them before.
