The Classics

Basic Science in Obstetrics and Gynaecology: A Textbook for MRCOG Part 1 by Michael de Swiet, Geoffrey Chamberlain, and Phillip Bennett & Basic Sciences for Obstetrics and Gynaecology by Chard & Lilford

The Others

There are lots of other books out there including texts that will compliment the two classics plus a vast range of test books offering MCQs, EMQs, and SBAs. Feel free to try one or more but we hope the information you will get from our Course combined with that contained within the questions on our website will be more than enough.

Most, if not all, of these books and many others can be purchased from Cambridge University Press.

“We really enjoyed your personalities, professionalism…and the sense of humour you all showed during the preparatory course. You know how to pack a huge amount of high quality information into a few easily understandable sentences.”
