Spaces are strictly limited for your benefit and unsurprisingly our courses are often over-subscribed so early application and reservation is advised. We do operate a waiting list policy on several of our courses and will inform you immediately of any vacancies.

To apply please complete and submit the on-line application form. Once we have received your application we will e-mail you confirmation of your place on the course of your choice. This will then be reserved for you for 10 days during which time you should send a cheque for the appropriate amount as indicated in the course prospectus and in the on line booking table. Once we have received your payment your place on the course will be guaranteed and you will be sent a personalised receipt. This receipt can be used, together with your Certificate of Attendance that is issued following the course, to claim any money that you are entitled to.

You can book several courses at the same time or add individual courses at a later date if you prefer. You must send a separate cheque for each course that you register for and write the name of the course on the back of the cheque together with your RCOG Registration number. If someone is paying for you it is essential that you also write the full name of person who is attending the course.

Late Bookings

We are happy to accept bookings in the week preceding each course but request payment on the day of registration. Please apply for the course as usual but send a covering e-mail to ensure your place is reserved and that you understand the terms of payment.

Cancellations

If you are forced to withdraw from a course you will be offered a full refund unless you do so within 3 weeks of the date when you will be charged a £50 administrative fee. We maintain the right not to refund delegates who cancel within 1 week of a course.

Bespoke & Multiple Bookings

Please note that we do not offer any discount for multiple bookings. We can put a package together for you to meet your individual requirements but require details of your experience, level of exam preparation, and if relevant, your past performance in the exam. Please refer to the advice given in <<which course?>> and if this does not answer your queries send us an e-mail. We will be happy to advise you.
